Hana 31 Special Purpose Acquisition Company shares halted on delisting trigger notification

Korea Exchange suspended KOSDAQ-listed common shares from Sept. 29, 2026. Delisting is scheduled for Oct. 13 after a liquidation trading period from Sept. 30 to Oct. 12.
