Fasadgruppen explores SEK 1.25 billion senior secured bond issue

Nordea is mandated to sound out the 4-year issue under a SEK 2.5 billion framework. Net proceeds would refinance parts of its existing credit facility, with meetings with bond investors starting Sept. 28, 2026.
