Inari Amertron's Datuk Phang Ah Tong redesignated to non-independent chairman

Inari Amertron Berhad said Datuk Phang Ah Tong was redesignated from independent non-executive chairman to non-independent non-executive chairman, effective Sept. 28, 2026. He has served as an independent director since February 2018.
