CLS Holdings wins Lambeth planning nod for 529-home Vauxhall scheme

Lambeth council committee passed a resolution on Sept. 22, 2026 to grant planning permission for Citadel Place in Vauxhall. The decision advances a conditional sale of the site to London Square, with remaining conditions targeted for resolution in H1 2027.
