NextSource Materials signs US$30 million deal for Abu Dhabi battery anode stake

Hanwa and JOGMEC will invest via a jointly owned vehicle for a 15% stake in the Abu Dhabi facility. NextSource said the capital will fund phase-one capex and it is seeking additional strategic investors and debt financing.
