Cox Capital launches tender offers for Apollo Debt Solutions, Ares funds

Cox Capital Retail Secondaries Fund I, LP commenced two cash tender offers for Class I shares of Apollo Debt Solutions BDC and Ares Strategic Income Fund. The offers total about $25 million and expire Nov. 14, 2026, unless extended or earlier terminated.
