Adicet Bio announces positive prula-cel lupus study safety, efficacy data

The Phase 1 study of prulacabtagene leucl (prula-cel) in systemic lupus erythematosus with or without lupus nephritis showed no CRS above Grade 2, no ICANS and no IEC-HS. At 12 months, 54% of evaluable patients achieved DORIS remission and 50% achieved complete renal response.
