LBMA to defend itself in London court over North Mara duty-of-care claim

The London Bullion Market Association will appear in London's High Court on October 7 in a claim alleging it owed a duty of care over alleged abuses at Tanzania's North Mara gold mine. The first phase of the trial is due to conclude on November 9, with closing submissions scheduled for November 19-20.
