Shelly Group says Svetlin Todorov-controlled stake falls to 22.73%

Shelly Group SE said it received notifications on the disposal and acquisition of 917,523 shares, equal to 5.053% of its share capital and voting rights. The company said Mr. Svetlin Todorov-controlled holdings total 22.73% after the sale.
