XP Factory agrees sale of Boom Battle Bar for up to £11m

The AIM-listed leisure company said it has sold BBB Franchise Ltd, which operates Boom Battle Bar, to F.O Twenty-Four Ltd for up to £11m. It will receive £5m upfront and up to £6m in earn-outs over the next three years.
