Nationgate Holdings says 940,400 treasury shares transferred under employee share scheme

The transfer was priced at RM1.6305, based on the weighted average market price for five trading days to 27 August 2026. Nationgate said treasury shares held after the transfer were 13,474,400 and adjusted issued capital after cancellation was 2,264,170,410 shares.
