Silver miners fall as spot silver drops 4.7% and oil prices rise
Hecla Mining and Coeur Mining fell 5.4% and about 6%, while Endeavour Silver slipped 5.4% and Silvercorp Metals fell 5.7%. Physical Silver Shares ETF and iShares Silver Trust were down about 5%.
US-listed silver miners fell in premarket trading, tracking weakness in precious metals. 25 per ounce, as higher oil prices fuelled inflation fears and bolstered the case for elevated interest rates.
