Bedi Berhad says RM38.87 million related-party acquisitions become unconditional

The company said all conditions precedent were fulfilled on Sept. 28, 2026 for acquisitions of Sejati Sentral (Sandakan) Sdn Bhd and FYT Land (KK) Sdn Bhd.
