National Healthcare Properties sells 40 outpatient medical facilities

National Healthcare Properties said it entered a definitive agreement to sell 40 additional outpatient medical facilities for $531 million, signed a letter of intent for the remaining four OMFs and provided a SHOP acquisition pipeline update.
