PMCK Berhad shareholders pass all resolutions at 25th AGM

PMCK Berhad said shareholders approved all resolutions at its 25th annual general meeting held on 28 September 2026 in Alor Setar, Kedah. The votes included re-election of three directors, director fees and benefits, share issuance authority and a related-party transactions mandate.
