Trump considers U.S. diesel export ban

President Trump said the U.S. is very seriously considering restricting diesel exports. He said fuel pressures are largely tied to attacks on Russian refineries, while Energy Secretary Chris Wright prefers voluntary export limits and Senator Ted Cruz said refiners had previously been told an outright ban would not happen.
