NTPM Holdings says all resolutions passed at 30th AGM

The Malaysian company said all resolutions at its 30th annual general meeting on 28 September were passed by poll. Those included director re-elections, directors' fees, auditor reappointment, an RRPT mandate and share buy-back authority.
