M&G Real Estate sells Tokyo Frontier Shinjuku Tower after 23% NOI growth

The 24-story mixed-use property in Tokyo’s Nishi-Shinjuku district was sold 15 months ahead of plan. M&G said occupancy stayed strong and rental growth came from new and renewed leases.
