Bunzl plc: buyback purchases 1,490,639 shares for cancellation

Bunzl said it bought 1,490,639 ordinary shares between 21 September and 25 September 2026 through J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The shares will be cancelled, leaving 319,113,084 shares in issue and voting rights.
