NH Prime REIT to buy KRW 26,000 million units in MDM private trust fund

The purchase is for Type 1-1 beneficiary certificates in MDM General Private Real Estate Investment Trust No. 24 to help fund the Pine Avenue Building A purchase in Seoul. The acquisition is scheduled for Sept. 29, 2026 and equals 23.31% of total assets.
