Trevi hits six-month high as ICOP raises takeover bid
Shares rose 3% after ICOP lifted its all-share offer to 0.165 shares per Trevi share, or €5.165, and extended acceptance to Nov. 20.
Trevi shares rose 3% after construction peer ICOP increased its all-share takeover bid. 165 per share. The acceptance period has been extended to November 20. Trevi's board has not yet given its view on the improved offer.
