Coats Group PLC: board changes and committee membership updates

Srinivas Phatak will step down from the board on 31 December 2026. Wu Gang will join the Audit and Risk Committee on 1 January 2027, and David Paja has been appointed chair of the Sustainability Committee with immediate effect.
