D&D Platform REIT corrects repayment date for KRW 78 billion private bond

Borrowing disclosure reset the bond repayment date to Sept. 28, 2026 from Nov. 26, 2026. The KRW 78 billion borrowing runs from May 26, 2026 to Sept. 28, 2026, equal to 21.5% of equity, with proceeds to repay electronic short-term bonds and a 5.5% coupon.
