UK builders rally after UK first-time buyer incentive scheme

Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway and Barratt Redrow rose more than 14% after the government announced an incentive scheme for first-time home buyers. STOXX 600 was up 0.3% and London's FTSE rose 0.3%.
