The Shangai Composite Index Closes 1.70% Lower

The Shangai Composite Index dropped 66 points or 1.70 percent on Monday to close at 3822 points. Losses were led by Sanan Optoelectron (-6.25%), China Merchants Securities (-2.98%) and Foshan Haitian (-2.65%).
