Mitsubishi Chemical to sell Mitsubishi Chemical Logistics to SBS Holdings

Mitsubishi Chemical Group will sell its 100% stake in Mitsubishi Chemical Logistics to SBS Holdings. Closing is targeted for April 1, 2027.
