US oil refiners' offline capacity seen at 542,000 bpd for week ending Oct. 2

IIR Energy said available U.S. refining capacity is expected to rise by 289,000 bpd as offline capacity falls to 542,000 bpd for the week ending Oct. 2, then increase to 622,000 bpd for the week ending Oct. 9.
