BrightBid plans SEK 14.9 million rights issue at SEK 0.16 a share

Board resolved, subject to extraordinary general meeting approval, to issue up to 93,020,204 shares. Proceeds are earmarked for working capital and repayment of a SEK 8 million short-term loan; an overallotment option could lift the raise by about SEK 10 million.
