Ofcom directs Openreach to withdraw 'Incremental New to Openreach' offer

Sept 28 — Ofcom said Openreach must give it and the wider industry advance notice before introducing certain types of commercial offers. The regulator said it is directing Openreach to withdraw its 'Incremental New to Openreach' offer, adding that it considers the offer unfair and potentially harmful to sustainable competition. Ofcom also said Openreach has separately notified it of several other commercial offers it plans to introduce.
