SMG Hospitality says Sircle terminated business combination agreement

SMG Hospitality SE said Sircle Hospitality Group terminated the business combination agreement with immediate effect. The company said the contemplated combination and listing of the combined entity will not take place and it will assess its legal position over a EUR 2.5 million break fee claim.
