Galileo Resources completes sale of two Kalahari Copper Belt licences for US$3 million

The company said completion has occurred under the share purchase agreement for the sale of its subsidiary, Virgo Business Solutions, to a Sandfire Resources group company. Galileo said it plans to use the proceeds for projects, working capital and ongoing corporate costs.
