The company said it received a requisition notice from Ropemaker Nominees, on behalf of LBV Actio, over 8,566,432 shares, or about 11.854% of its issued stock. The notice seeks resolutions to remove Dame Dianne Thompson as a director and appoint Stephen Brooke as a director.
