Cordiant Digital Infrastructure to change investment manager after CDIM ownership deal

Steven Marshall has agreed to acquire Cordiant Capital's membership interest in Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management LLP. The company expects to appoint a new FCA-authorised investment manager, subject to regulatory approvals and new contracts.
