HBM Healthcare Investments invests USD 15.3 million in ADARx IPO, lifts stake to 1.2%
HBM says its total investment in ADARx Pharmaceuticals rose to USD 19.3 million after the IPO. ADARx priced the offering at USD 17.00 a share and raised USD 446.25 million gross.
