Morning Bid Europe: higher neutral rate, much like the 1990s

Reuters preview says Brent is up about 2% after Trump rejected Iran's latest proposal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, while fund futures price a 66% chance of a Fed hike in October. The note also points to the Dallas Fed manufacturing survey and speeches by Fed, ECB, BoE and Norges Bank officials.
