Flashlight Capital urges Samsung affiliates to sell S-1 stake in open auction

The firm asked the five Samsung affiliates holding 20.6% of S-1 to appoint sell-side advisers and launch a competitive sale process. Flashlight Capital said its KRW906.6 billion offer for the stake was declined for lack of deal certainty.
