Australia shares set to open flat, New Zealand falls 0.2%

Australian share price index futures were flat, at an 18-point premium to the S&P/ASX 200 close. The benchmark ended 0.4% lower on Friday. New Zealand's S&P/NZX 50 index fell 0.2% in early trade.
