Morningstar cuts Atlas Arteria fair value estimate on weaker French traffic, tax headwinds

The estimate was cut 15% to A$3.80 a share. Morningstar said traffic on VINCI Autoroutes fell 6% in August and remains down 3% year-to-date, and it now assumes France's temporary corporate surtax stays in place two more years.
