El Paso Natural Gas Seligman C station force majeure cuts capacity 170,521 Dth/d
Dry seal failure has taken the Seligman C Compressor Station offline for repairs, reducing NORTH ML constraint capacity.
C. (EPNG) has experienced a dry seal failure associated with its Seligman C Compressor Station located in Yavapai County, Arizona. As a result, the Seligman C Compressor Station is unavailable while necessary repairs are completed. Due to this outage, operational capacity through the NORTH ML constraint will be reduced by an additional 170,521 Dth/d, effective September 27, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle (Cycle 3).
EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the NORTH ML constraint. EPNG is actively evaluating repair options and will provide updates as additional information becomes available. 3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
