Circle Stock Eyes Comeback Past $100 as Arc L1, USDC, and Bond Yields Jump

Circle (NYSE: CRCL ) stock has remained under pressure this month even as its key fundamentals improve. It has dropped 14% from its monthly high, underperforming other top crypto stocks like Coinbase and BitMine. Arc Layer 1, USDC Supply, and Bond Yields are Rising Circle Internet Group’s fundamentals are improving, which may lead to a rebound in the near term. Arc, the layer-1 network it launched last week, is firing on all cylinders, with the total value locked (TVL) nearing the important $500 million milestone. Morpho Blue, Aave, and Uniswap are driving this growth. Arc is also becoming a big player in the stablecoin industry, with its market capitalization jumping to over $484 million. Arc Layer 1, USDC Supply, and Bond Yields are Rising Circle Internet Group’s fundamentals are improving, which may lead to a rebound in the near term. This rally, together with the rising US bond yields, means that its revenue will rise. It has retreated to $89, which has coincided with the ascending trendline that connects its lowest levels since July. The stock has also bottomed at the 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) and the bottom of trading range of the Murrey Math Lines. It is also slightly above the Strong, Pivot, Reverse levels of the Murrey Math Lines tool. Therefore, the stock will likely rebound, potentially to the Strong pivot reverse of Murrey Math Lines tool at $125, which is about 40% from the current level.
