Golub Capital Private Income Fund I sold unregistered common shares as of September 1, 2026

SEC filing said the fund sold 96,269 common shares at $24.30 NAV per share for $2.34 million. It also said as of Aug. 31, 2026, investments in 171 companies had fair value of $438 million and debt outstanding was $240 million.
