Metallus awarded up to $995 million U.S. steel contract
Metallus was awarded a maximum $995 million firm-fixed-price contract for High Fragmentation 1 Steel in a sole-source deal supporting the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and Space Force.
Metallus Inc. of Canton, Ohio, has been awarded a maximum $995,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for High Fragmentation 1 Steel. S. 103-3 (b)(1).
The five-year contract has no option periods. Performance is set to be completed by Sept. 24, 2031. Using military services are the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and Space Force.
Funding is fiscal 2025 through 2029 transaction funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Columbus, Ohio (SP8000-26-D-0032).
