Hurricane Polo reaches Category 5 with 180 mph winds, NHC says

The National Hurricane Center said NOAA aircraft measured maximum sustained winds near 180 mph as Hurricane Polo remained a Category 5 storm. It was located southwest of Cabo Corrientes and could approach Baja California Sur early next week.
