Circle CFO Jeremy Fox-Geen to step down, search starts for successor

Circle said Jeremy Fox-Geen will step down as chief financial officer after more than five years in the role. He will remain CFO through end-December 2026, unless a successor is appointed sooner, while the company searches for a replacement.
