Acadia Healthcare notifies stockholders of proposed derivative settlement

The company said a proposed settlement has been reached in shareholder derivative actions brought on behalf of Acadia. A settlement hearing is set for Dec. 10, 2026, and the notice cites proposed attorneys' fees and expenses of $4.75 million.
