Poste Italiane says it would hold about 85.822% of Telecom Italia

Poste Italiane said that, based on reopening acceptance results and if confirmed, it would hold about 85.822% of Telecom Italia's share capital. It said 65.718% of the share capital was tendered in acceptance of the offer.
