WHO says Congo Ebola outbreak spreads to two new health zones

WHO said the outbreak in Democratic Republic of the Congo has expanded to Bulu in Sud Ubangi and Dungu in Haut-Uele, taking affected zones to 63 across seven provinces. It said there were 7,890 confirmed cases and 3,799 deaths as of Sept. 23.
