Erste Bank plans tender offer for up to 26% more stake in Erste Bank Polska

Erste Group Bank VIE:EBS said on Friday it will launch a tender offer to take another 26% stake in Erste Bank Polska GPW:EBP, up from the 49% it holds currently.The Austrian lender will offer 713 zloty ($185.82) per share for shares in the Poland-listed company.($1 = 3.8370 zlotys)
