Golden Spike Resources to consolidate shares 1-for-5 on Sept. 30

Shares are expected to trade on the CSE under ticker GORD at the open on Sept. 30. Issued shares are expected to fall to about 12,113,333 from 60,566,666, subject to rounding. The company will also change its name to Gordon Mining Group Inc.
