Apple antitrust class action against Apple Pay fees gets class certification

A U.S. federal judge certified a class of payment card issuers in an antitrust lawsuit against Apple over Apple Pay transaction fees. The order also denied Apple's motion to exclude expert testimony, according to attorneys.
